Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry indicated he wants a piece of the Carolina Panthers.
The Panthers were put up for sale by team owner Jerry Richardson after allegations of sexual misconduct were investigated. He released the following statement on Sunday:
I believe that it is time to turn the franchise over to new ownership. Therefore, I will put the team up for sale at the conclusion of this NFL season. We will not begin the sale process, nor will we entertain any inquiries, until the very last game is played.

It didn’t take long before rapper Diddy released a statement that he would be interested in buying the team, and Curry responded on Twitter saying that he wanted in too.

Curry could certainly afford a small minority share of an NFL team, seeing as how he’s currently on a $200 million contract. I imagine that should be enough money to at least get a small share.
