Blake Shelton admitted Sunday he “thinks about” getting married to his pop singer girlfriend, Gwen Stefani.
“Well, sure that’s a fair question. I think about it,” the 41-year-old country singer shared during an interview Sunday with CMT’s Cody Allen ahead of the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards show in Las Vegas. (RELATED: Blake Shelton On Gwen Stefani: ‘This Is How My Life Turned Around’)

“I don’t think it’s anytime soon or anything,” he added. “The more time that goes by, I guess, the closer you’d be getting to that.”
The question stemmed from comments Stefani made recently during her appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” DeGeneres asked her if she has ever thought about marrying Shelton and her response was that she thinks about it “all the time.” (RELATED: Gwen Stefani Returning To ‘The Voice’ With Blake Shelton)

“You know what? I love weddings, the kids love him,” the 48-year-old singer shared. “Everybody loves him. He’s lovable. I think about [marriage] all the time.”
The two have been dating since they met on “The Voice” in 2015 after they both went through divorces.
