In calling former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman a “dog,” President Donald Trump deployed one of his favorite insults, spawning instant accusations of racism.
When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out. Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!

A review of Trump’s twitter feed reveals, however, that he consistently deploys the insult at whoever is drawing his ire at any particular moment.
The president has only used the moniker once against another Black American in reference to former President Barack Obama’s controversial preacher Jeremiah Wright.
Obama called Reverend Wright his friend, counselor & great leader–then dumped him like a dog!

With others, Trump frequently uses the moniker preceded by “like a…”
Mitt Romney had his chance to beat a failed president but he choked like a dog. Now he calls me racist-but I am least racist person there is

.@DavidGregory got thrown off of TV by NBC, fired like a dog! Now he is on @CNN being nasty to me. Not nice!

Trump also has attacked political opponents and public figures he doesn’t like by claiming they could not be elected “dog catcher.”
Bob Corker, who helped President O give us the bad Iran Deal & couldn’t get elected dog catcher in Tennessee, is now fighting Tax Cuts….

.@GovernorPataki couldn’t be elected dog catcher if he ran again—so he didn’t!
