Fans got their first look at “It 2” Thursday afternoon.
The plot for the highly-anticipated sequel, according to IMDB, is, “Twenty-seven years later, the Losers Club have grown up and moved away, until a devastating phone call brings them back.”
Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy and Bill Hader all star in the new film as the grownup characters. Judging from the preview, this one is going to be a lot scarier than the first film in the new saga. (RELATED: ‘Yellowstone‘ Season 2 Trailer Gets Released, Promises Lots Of Intense Action)

I didn’t mind the first one at all, and viewed it as a fun coming of age story. However, I didn’t find it scary at all. I’m not sure I was actually scared at any given point.
This one looks like it’s actually going to be a bit frightening, and that’s good news for the fans everywhere. I don’t want a childish story. I want to be scared out of my mind.
It looks like Chastain and the rest of the crew are going to pull off plenty of frightening twists and turns along the way.
