New York State Assemblyman Mike LiPetri is running for Congress in the state’s Second Congressional District.
The 29-year-old Republican wants America and potential voters in his district to know that not all millennials are like Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez when it comes to the policies they promote and support. (RELATED: New York Assemblyman Mike LiPetri Sounds Off On Bail Reform Law.)
“You see those in Congress like AOC, Ilhan Omar, the ‘Squad’ who are espousing these radical left-wing views — that’s not for Americans, that’s not helping each and everyone of us who work hard to make ends meet,” LiPetri said.
LiPetri is running to replace Republican Rep. Peter King who is not seeking reelection.
