A Texas voter let Beto O’Rourke know exactly how he felt about the former Democrat Representative’s gubernatorial aspirations at a recent campaign event, a video posted to Twitter shows.

In the video, the man who introduces himself as “Robert,” shakes O’Rourke’s hand before saying, “On behalf of the ranchers, oil and gas, farmers, and Maxine Waters, I’m in your grill telling you don’t come back. We don’t want you here.”

The Texas candidate thanks the man, before he tells O’Rourke to “get the hell out” and “you’re not taking my guns.”

Police appear to escort the man away from O’Rourke, but he continues, “Nobody wants you here. No means no.” The man also says, “three times, you lost twice,” referencing O’Rourke’s previous campaigns for senator in 2018 and president in 2020.

Amid chants of “hell no” from other members of the crowd, the man unfurls a “Come And Take It” flag, challenging O’Rourke to take his guns.

As the police blow their whistles to keep the crowd orderly, the man appears to say, “Hey, I love the way you blow and fuck you too. Fuck you, too, it’s a free country. Fuck you.” While the police step in to remove the man a second time, he says, “We still got laws,” then mentions Kyle Rittenhouse’s name twice.

O’Rourke announced his plans to run for governor of Texas on November 15. In a recent interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, O’Rourke responded to comments he made in 2019 about taking Texans’ AR-15s, saying he still “holds that view.” (RELATED: Columbine Survivor: Beto O’Rourke’s Gun Confiscation Plan Is ‘Insulting And Dangerous’)
