Joe Rogan’s mind was seemingly blown when guest Jimmy Corsetti described extensive evidence supporting the existence of Atlantis during Wednesday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

Corsetti is best known for his Bright Insight YouTube channel and associated social media accounts, where he investigates fascinating phenomena around the world that suggests the human species reached various forms of peak development prior to our current civilization, only to be nearly destroyed by cyclical cataclysms.

Corsetti’s most recent work focuses on a location in the Western Sahara, known colloquially as the “Eye of the Sahara.” The site is largely thought to be a geological structure, but growing evidence suggests it’s something far, far more incredible.

“What’s so spectacular about this is that it just so happens to match more than a dozen striking similarities to what Plato had described as the lost, ancient, capital city of Atlantis,” Corsetti told Rogan in a clip shared on YouTube.

Rogan was clearly stunned and openly compelled by the evidence presented by the researcher, even speaking about some of it himself. Like Rogan, there is no way I can do justice to the work presented by Corsetti, so please indulge in the clip below, or watch the full episode here. You will be far from disappointed:

If this line of research sounds familiar, it’s probably because Corsetti is a peer of writers and renegades such as Graham Hancock and Randall Carlson, both of whom shot to fame after they appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” Similar to the work of Hancock and Carlson, Corsetti’s research is based on factual evidence proving much of Africa was lush, tropical forest up until roughly 11,700 to 12,900 years ago.

New geological evidence suggests at this time, huge amounts of ocean water blasted through Africa (and many other landmasses), destroying everything in its path. (RELATED: Scream About ‘Ancient Apocalypse’ At Your Own Peril, Illiberal Idiots)

Despite massive amounts of proof, many establishment archeologists refuse to do any work confirming or disproving data supporting precursory civilizations and the trend of cataclysms.

In an exclusive conversation with the Daily Caller, Corsetti (who is probably one of the nicest humans on the planet) said, “There’s numerous details that weren’t mentioned on the podcast.” Thankfully, he put them into an insane video shared on YouTube, also referenced by Rogan during the episode.

Corsetti spoke about why many scientists refute his work while also refusing to offer any evidence that contradicts him. “I think it’s a matter of ego and money. What we’re doing could shatter [establishment archeologists’] sense of identity.”

“These people are not hiding anything or lying to us on purpose. These are people who’ve spent their entire career dedicated to a science that is rapidly changing, and it’s a big thing to realize everything you’ve built your career on isn’t entirely correct,” he continued.

Like we’ve said before, the data presented by Corestti and his peers could rewrite all of human history, and it looks like it already is…
