“The View” co-host Ana Navarro admitted Monday that she leans out of a moving car “like a dog” to shout at supporters of Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Navarro said she loves to scream “we say gay” at DeSantis and his supporters around Florida during a discussion about the Republican presidential primary.

“It wasn’t me in New Hampshire screaming ‘We say gay,’ although I would have. I try to do it every time I’m anywhere near Ron DeSantis or any of his people. Um, I just like, I go around like a dog in Florida with my head outside of my car, ‘We say gay! We say gay! We say gay!'”

Navarro has repeatedly complained about DeSantis and pushed the claim that the governor passed a “Don’t Say Gay” bill in the state of Florida. The legislation, entitled the Parental Rights in Education bill, prohibits classroom discussion about sexual orientation and gender identity from kindergarten through third grade in the state.

DeSantis signed the Parental Rights in Education bill in March 2022. The legislation sparked backlash among LGBTQ activists, who dubbed it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, as well as then-Disney CEO Bob Chapek. (RELATED: ‘The Party’s Gone Crazy’: Ana Navarro Compares Red States To Cuba And North Korea)

Navarro has further attacked DeSantis for opposing and eventually banning sexually explicit drag queens from performing in front of children in the state. The governor filed a complaint against a bar in Florida for allegedly exposing children to sexually explicit drag queens.

“He is suing them because there was one brunch where there was one child and there’s a video of that and he thinks that’s inappropriate and he thinks that’s worth, instead of passing property insurance in Florida, he thinks it’s worth going after the drag queens,” Navarro said during a July 29, 2022, segment of “The View.”
