Country music superstar Morgan Wallen might be opening his own bar in downtown Nashville, the Nashville Business Journal reported Monday.

Multiple sources told the outlet that Wallen plans to open his own bar or restaurant on Fourth Avenue, close to both the Ryman Auditorium and Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. The space was purchased by the TC Restaurant Group in 2022 for a whopping $10 million. The reported plan is to fill the space with a six-story building to host live music. It’s even going to have a rooftop bar!

Wallen’s stake in the venture has been a rampant rumor around Nashville for some months now, the NBJ noted. One social media user, “Nashville_Stacy,” posted a video of the site, along with a caption about Wallen’s alleged involvement in the establishment.

The TC Restaurant Group also works with Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert’s bars and restaurants throughout the city, so it would make sense for them to get involved with Wallen before he becomes too famous to touch. Wallen announced his first major brand deal in April 2023. He partnered with Ryl Tea, a zero-sugar iced tea that he says reminds him of the stuff his grandma used to make. It seems like Wallen is on an unstoppable upswing. So, here’s hoping this rumor is true, the drinks are cheap and the food doesn’t suck!
