Al Pacino’s girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, filed for full custody of their three-month old son, Roman Pacino, in Los Angeles court on Wednesday.

The 29-year old filed a petition to determine parental arrangements with Pacino, according to court documents cited by Page Six. She reportedly wants physical custody of their child but is willing to give “reasonable visitation” rights to the 83-year-old legendary actor. Alfallah has petitioned to share legal custody, which means Pacino would still be part of the important decision-making matters such as medical care and school-related issues, according to Page Six.

Alfallah has also requested that Pacino pick up the bill for her legal fees annd any other court-related costs that may be associated with the custody filing, according to Page Six.

Her court filing reportedly included a copy of a “voluntary declaration of parentage,” which states that Pacino is indeed the child’s biological father. This comes after sources close to the couple said Pacino initially questioned the pregnancy and demanded a paternity test to establish his paternity.

Pacino was reportedly “shocked” that he was able to get Alfallah pregnant, citing that he believed his medical issues were believed to have caused his infertility, according to TMZ.(RELATED: Britney Spears’ Ex-Husband Poised To Move Her Kids To Hawaii)

The famous actor reportedly wasn’t aware of the pregnancy until two months prior to the birth, but seemed excited about welcoming a new baby into the world during recent interviews.

Pacino and Alfallah were spotted on numerous dinner dates after Roman’s birth, and didn’t show any signs of marital trouble. Reports indicate the couple still work together and are still romantically involved in spite of her custody-filing, according to Page Six.
