Milwaukee Police Won’t Announce Gender Of Crime Victims

The Milwaukee Police Department will no longer report the gender of crime victims in media releases thanks to pressure from LGBT activists, according to the Free Beacon

This is reportedly an effort to preserve the “dignity and privacy” of all victims, but it’s really activists pushing for this because they believe it’s wrong murder victims might be “misgendered” or “deadnamed.”

The only reason I find this problematic is because how long until it’s not just the victims? It’ll eventually turn into not saying the gender or race of a murderer. In that case, we’re screwed because police departments will become too politically correct to tell us who we should be on the lookout for.

It’s a slippery slope argument, but I stand by it. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
