Porn star Jesse Jane and her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller were found dead at a home in Moore, Oklahoma, on Wednesday.
Law enforcement officials discovered the pair deceased after responding to a welfare check initiated by Hasenmueller’s employer, according to TMZ. The exact cause of their deaths is currently being investigated, though initial reports suggest they died of drug overdoses, the outlet reported.

Law enforcement officials said Hasenmueller’s employer hadn’t heard from him in several days, so they reached out to police for assistance, according to TMZ. That triggered the investigation into his whereabouts, and the discovery of their bodies, the outlet reported.
The exact date that Jane and her boyfriend passed away has not been determined at this time, TMZ noted.
Jane, whose real name was Cindy Howell, was a prominent phonographic actress and had amassed a huge fan following. She began her career in adult entertainment when she joined Digital Playground in 2002. She then began appearing on Showtime’s “Family Business,” which continued to open doors for her in the industry, according to TMZ.
The famous porn star was best known for the “Pirates” series of films, including “Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge,” which was produced on an $8 million budget, making it the most expensive porno of all time.

The 43-year-old’s career included extensive work with Playboy as the host for both their live show “Night Calls” and “Naughty Amateur Home Videos.”
