Amani Douglas

Amani Douglas was born in San Mateo, California in 1971 and stayed there until he graduated from Aragon High School. He attended San Diego State University during the 90's where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with an Emphasis in Environment. Seduced by the easy going lifestyle within the beach communities of San Diego, he remained there well beyond his college years working in the hospitality industry until only recently moving up to Orange County, California. Amani is an avid outdoorsman who spends as much time as possible exploring and fishing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Having always been comfortable without common luxuries like electricity and hot water, he feels most at home while he is in the wilderness. As long as the trout are biting he will put up with just about anything.
