J.C. Peters is a legal philosopher and historian, with a Master's degree in legal theory from Utrecht University (the Netherlands). He has been writing nonfiction for over ten years and frequently publishes about U.S. constitutional law, American and European history and foreign policy issues. Peters has traded currencies and played poker professionally, publishing books on both topics. His book about currency trading, Forex for Ambitious Beginners, was also translated into French and Dutch. His latest book, World 2.0: A History from Enlightenment to Terrorism and Beyond, looks at decisive events in modern history since 1776. The Dog and its Day is his first novel, which is now available on Amazon and other major online retailers.
