Michael is president of Marshall Consulting, LLC which provides strategic advice, research and writing to clients engaged in public policy initiatives and high stakes communications, with a focus on business-related policies, financial services, health care, and economic policy. Michael previously served as Vice President at JPMorgan and prior to that as a senior advisor to former Senator Bob Dole for 15+ years. Following work on Senator Dole’s 1996 presidential campaign, Michael worked on the Senate Government Affairs Committee for Senator Fred Thompson of Tennessee. He holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and a Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
