John Mayer is sorry he used the N-word in his Playboy interview. The singer, who compared his penis to a white supremacist in explaining why he doesn’t date black women, apologized via Twitter: “I am sorry that I used the word . . . It was arrogant of me to think I could intellectualize using it, because I realize that there’s no intellectualizing a word that is so emotionally charged.”
Mayer offered a full (and emotional) apology at his concert last night.
