How did they manage to organize a list that could have been more cluttered than a Roman orgy?
Songs are ranked based on an inverse point system, with weeks at No. 1 earning the greatest value and weeks at No. 100 earning the least. To ensure equitable representation of the biggest hits from each era, certain time frames were weighted to account for the difference between turnover rates from those years.
Well, the description certainly isn’t sexy — like having your gym teacher explain were mistakes come from. But the list does include some sexy gems like Adina Howard’s Freak Like Me; Toni Braxton’s You’re Making Me High; and of course Marvin Gaye’s Sexual Healing. If you’re surprised by the addition of Poison’s Pour Some Sugar on Me, wait until you hear what’s at the No .1 spot.
