U.S. Rep. Gary Peters of Bloomfield Township will report Thursday he’s raised more than $2 million toward his re-election campaign, with some $1.7 million on hand.
Peters, a Democrat, raised nearly $390,000 for the three-month period that ended March 31 and his totals should put him in one of the strongest financial positions among battleground races in the country, said his campaign manager Dan Farough.
