Virginia Beach police will not file charges against anyone involved in the shooting outside Michael Vick’s birthday party “at this time” and said Tuesday that the Eagles quarterback was not a suspect.
The police said they had identified the shooter in the incident that took place early on the morning of June 25, but could not bring charges without cooperation from the victim and witnesses.
