Should people with the same skin color all think the same way? That appears to be the thesis put forth by Joyce Jones of Black Enterprise in this contentious exchange with black conservatives at the National Press Club last week:
Welcome to the new standard of evidence: If something’s possible, that means it’s true, even without a shred of evidence. Even with evidence to the contrary.
And yes, why would a politician lie about something, or go along with a lie, in order to gain political advantage? Just one of life’s little mysteries…
