As President Obama puts the finishing touches on his Afghanistan speech, House Republicans will discuss whether to challenge him over Libya policy.
House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said his conference today will discuss two resolutions. One is a proposal to affirmatively authorize the use of force in Libya.
The other is a resolution to remove U.S. forces from Libya, except for those “engaged in non-hostile actions such as search and rescue, aerial refueling, operational planning, intelligence/surveillance/reconnaissance and non-combat missions.”
