I don’t speak Dutch — or as Obama calls it, Hollandaise — but apparently this fellow, Huug Bosse, had hip surgery a few years ago and has been laughing uncontrollably ever since. Make sure you turn on the captions, just so you don’t get the impression that his wife is some sort of hidden comedic genius:
So he laughs at almost anything, regardless of whether or not it’s even remotely funny. I think we may have discovered the secret behind Bill Maher’s audience.
And no, this did not happen to me after my two maximally invasive knee surgeries. Not in the least bit.
