Christopher Meloni is back, although not to “Law and Order.” In a Funny or Die video, Meloni announces that he is headed to Africa to capture Joseph Kony.

Meloni was best known as Detective Stabler for 12 seasons on “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.” In 2011, he announced he would not be returning to the series, much to audiences’ dismay. The Funny or Die video pokes fun at his decision.

“We gotta talk, you’re not gonna like it,” Meloni says to his “agent” to which the agent responds: “You’re not going to quit ‘Law and Order’ again are you?”

Meloni then announces he’s quitting acting to go find the Ugandan warlord.

Detective Stabler was known for his hard-ass, no nonsense, criminal getting attitude and Meloni brought some of that back — that is, until he put on a blonde wig, leather vest, and beaded arm bands, in the style of Dog the Bounty Hunter.

We dare you to not join the fight after seeing this video.
