A San Antonio parent says her 8-year-old son was duct taped to a chair by his teacher for over three hours on Thursday. She is now demanding answers from the school district.

“I don’t want to go back to that school,” said Christian Crutchfield, who is afraid to return to school because of what he said happened inside his classroom at Woodlake Elementary on Thursday.

His mother, Natasha, was skeptical of his story until she noticed the bruises around his ankles.

A spokesperson with the district said both the teacher’s aide, who Christian petitioned for help, and teacher himself admitted to the incident. They resigned Friday.

Crutchfield is planning on attending a different school in the fall.
