Sen. Ted Cruz’ (R-Texas) speechwriter Amanda Carpenter had quite a morning.
At 7:21 a.m. while riding the Metro, she alerted the Twitter masses that a man sitting next to her was watching porn.
OMG there is a guy watching porn next to me on the train. I just yelled at him.

She sought guidance from her followers. What should she do???
He’s acting like he didn’t hear me. Should I tell him to move?! Freaking out.

Now he’s playing video games like it never happened. Like I didn’t just call him out. GAH. What is wrong with people?!

Advice quickly came from Dan Gainor, VP of business and culture for the Media Research Center. “Move away, he’s scary weird.” She replied, “GOOD CALL. Thanks.”
But she didn’t stop there. Short of making a citizen’s arrest, she did the next best thing by telling the conductor about her new dirty friend. “Ok, he moved away after I told him to get out of my way. Going to alert conducter, too,” she wrote.
At this point, some of Carpenter’s followers are wondering if Anthony Weiner is on board. “Huma needs to keep a shorter leash on Anthony. For real,” said Johnny Friegas. Of course it’s Washington, so some saw a partisan tinge. “Must be a lib,” quipped a follower. Another: “Tell Bill Clinton to stop it.” And Germyy couldn’t help but weigh in: “Obama’s fault surely.” Only one person seemed to wonder why Carpenter was making a big deal out of it. Hamybear snapped, “Um…why should he move? If you are offended, then you move. And why scream at him? He paid his fare too! Damn busybody.”
In conclusion…
When he moved, I alerted everyone around me what he was doing. The men next to me apoALL ABOARD! Sen. Cruz’ speechwriter alerts train conductor that man is watching porn logized for not carrying a weapon today, lol.
