Well, someone just got fired from the US Airways communications department.
The US Airways Twitter account responded to a customer who was complaining about a delayed flight Monday when it tweeted a VERY explicit — and pretty gross — photo.

The account then responded with this image (if you really want to, you can imagine what this photo looks like without the black bar):

The tweet has since been deleted and the US Airways Twitter account has apologized several times, but it is unclear how this could have possibly happened.
