Kardashian accepted the award Tuesday night in London at the “Man of the Year Awards,” where she wore a leather bustier and see-through skirt that revealed almost as much as her cover shot.

British GQ releases the rest of the photos Friday, where Kardashian is wearing nothing but baby pink stilettos while lounging on a gray bed sheet.
Kardashian said it was a huge honor to win.
