Amanda Bynes was arrested on DUI charges in Los Angeles Sunday, TMZ reports. Again.
The 28-year-old was taken into custody around 4:10 a.m. and booked on a misdemeanor after the California Highway Patrol deemed “she was under the influence of a controlled substance.” She made bail for $15,000 about eight hours later.
The actress has faced a slew of arrests lately.
She was pulled over in March 2012 for talking on her phone while driving, and drove off while the cop was writing her ticket. Then, a month later, Bynes was arrested in West Hollywood for driving under the influence, and was placed on probation this February for the next three years.

Then she had two hit and runs, which she was charged for that September. She was pulled over in May 2012 for allegedly side-swiping someone’s car, and that September a judge suspended her license. Naturally, a mere three days later she was pulled over for driving without her headlights turned on. Her car was impounded because she was, well, driving without a license.
She was arrested again the following March and charged with reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana after she reportedly threw a bong out her apartment window in front of police who had been called because the actress was smoking weed in the lobby.
