Halle Berry’s husband Olivier Martinez smacked an airport employee with a child’s car seat Sunday, sending him to the floor of the Los Angeles airport right in front of swarming paparazzi.
Berry was carrying the couple’s one-year-old son Maceo and walking alongside six-year-old Nahla while following Martinez through the crowded airport. He was holding the empty car seat, and shoved the airport employee, who was holding a phone, with it when the crowd got too close.

The employee followed the couple out to their car and said he was going to sue, and then tried to get the attention of a nearby officer. He went to the hospital and complained of abdominal pains, and has now filed a battery report, per TMZ.
Though 48-year-old Martinez is only named as a “suspect in a battery investigation,” this is probably all the evidence they need.
