It’s Hump Day and, at The Daily Caller, that means only one thing: WEDNESDAY WORKOUT!!!!
Today’s guest trainer is Internet star Nicole Mejia. Mejia is the founder of “Fit and Thick,” a health and fitness company that challenges the notion that “skinny” is the most beautiful body type, and based on her Instagram, I’d have to agree with her.
Now that we’ve gotten the intro out of the way, I’ll let Mejia take the reins.
