Outside the state of Alabama, Austin Shepherd isn’t a household name.
The Minnesota Vikings drafted the offensive lineman in the 7th round of the 2015 draft. In Shepherd — who started two seasons for Coach Nick Saban’s Crimson Tide — the Vikings can expect to get a hard worker who knows how to win, but more importantly they’ll also get to hang out with Shepherd’s fiancee, Jenna King, at games.
King runs Austin’s non-profit organization — The Austin Shepherd Foundation — and based on her Instagram, it’s safe to say she’s a legitimate first-round talent.
PS — Major bonus points:
Ding! And just like that "transracial" is a term. Mind blown. #RachelDolezal

I'm 5'5" but using Rachel Dolezal's logic, I choose to see myself as a 5'11" person because I like to wear heels.
