Hillary Clinton returned to the debate stage on Tuesday night just time for the final block and said, “You know, it does take me a little longer. That’s all I can say.”
Moderator Anderson Cooper explained, “All the candidates are back, which I’m very happy to see. [laughter] It’s a long story. Let’s continue. Secretary Clinton, welcome back.”
