Oakland Athletics pitcher Sean Doolittle brought his girlfriend Eireann Dolan to the premiere of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” and she didn’t exactly share his excitement.
Doolittle is a huge fan of the “Star Wars” films, and even changed his name on Twitter to Mace WinDOO as a tribute to the “Star Wars” character Mace Windu. (RELATED: Watch Donald Trump Voice Darth Vader In This Amazing ‘Star Wars’ Video [VIDEO])
As a “Star Wars” seasoned vet, he bought Dolan a costume to wear for the premiere, presumably so she didn’t look like a “Star Wars” rookie. She was not impressed.
Doolittle gave an update on the situation during the ride the theater, and Dolan’s mood clearly hadn’t improved.

Ultimately she warmed up to the idea, and at least cracked a smile once at the theater.
As for Doolittle, he absolutely loved the movie.

In some circles not being a Star Wars fan could result in severe punishment, but I think we’re all willing to make an exception for Dolan because she’s an absolute dime.
