Republican enemies of presidential candidate Donald Trump have a new name for billionaire: the “Michael Moore” candidate.

Sen. [crscore]Lindsey Graham[/crscore] and Republican presidential candidates Sen. [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore] and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush have thrown out the new insult after he criticized President George W. Bush at the last Republican debate. Moore is a liberal filmmaker known for his criticism of the former president and is largely hated by conservatives.

Graham called Trump “the Michael Moore of the Republican Party” on ABC’s “Good Morning America” Monday.

Jeb is now repeatedly employing the insult. At a South Carolina campaign rally with his brother, Jeb expressed disbelief that his brother took so much criticism from Trump.

“I thought that was a little weird,” Jeb said at the rally. “I closed my eyes and I thought it was Michael Moore on the stage.”

Jeb also threw out the same attack on “CBS This Morning” Tuesday, saying “I don’t get it. He’s basically bearing the words of Michael Moore in a Republican Primary.”

Cruz has taken up the attack as well, making the comparison at a South Carolina rally Monday.

“When Trump sided with MoveOn.org and Michael Moore and the fever swamp left-wing, that demonstrated where he was coming from,” Cruz said.

It appears Jeb is trying to get the name to stick with Trump. A similar attack came against [crscore]Marco Rubio[/crscore], who was labeled as “Marco Roboto” after repeating the same line at a presidential debate in a cringeworthy exchange with former candidate Chris Christie.
