Vermont senator and Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders told Good Morning America Friday his campaign has forced Hillary Clinton further to the political left.
Speaking with ABC News anchor David Muir, Sanders said, “I think, if you look at issue and issue after issue, she has moved very much closer to us. But, I think, what people really have got to look at is who has been there for decades.”

This is nothing new, as Sanders has long been thought to be forcing Clinton to the left on issues.
