Ozzy Osbourne returned to his home in Beverly Hills — after temporarily moving into a hotel — because he said he had a right to stay there. “We’re told Ozzy had a change of heart Monday and decided the Beverly Hills home was his as much as hers, and that’s why he stood his ground and returned,” the site noted.

Reports surfaced that the two were splitting after 33 years of marriage because she found out he was having an affair with a younger hairstylist.
