MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki mixed up Bill Clinton and Bill Cosby while discussing the comedian’s court appearance for sexual assault charges on Tuesday.
Kornacki said, “We’re going to begin with that breaking news we told you about at the top. Right now out of Pennsylvania, Bill Clinton is set to arrive at a suburban—excuse me, Bill Cosby is set to arrive at a suburban Philadelphia courthouse any moment now for a key hearing in his criminal sex assault case,” as noted by the Washington Free Beacon.
The name mix up is understandable. Clinton has been accused of sexual misconduct by Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, Eileen Wellstone, Carolyn Moffet, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, Becky Brown, Helen Dowdy, and Cristy Zercher.
