Police said the alleged stalker followed Jenner onto her property after the gates were open and she drove in. McKenzie reportedly banged on her car window and screamed “Can I talk to you,” according to TMZ. Jenner then started screaming and police said McKenzie attempted to calm her by stating “Hey look, I don’t have a gun.”

This was not the first encounter she had with McKenzie, according to the report. He also once chased her car when she was leaving her home, running after the car into traffic.

The next hearing is set for Aug. 30.
