The Democratic National Committee released an online video on Tuesday attacking Breitbart News, the populist conservative website Stephen Bannon led before becoming CEO of Donald Trump’s campaign last week.
The video is of two people — a millennial male and female — reading headlines they find offensive. “Former chairman of Breitbart News, Stephen Bannon, is no Donald Trump’s campaign chief….these are some of the headlines his publication put out,” reads text in the video.
“What is wrong with these people?” the male says.
“I can’t read this. This is way too offensive,” says the female.
Trump’s campaign announced last week that Bannon, who had been chairman of the proudly-pro Trump Breitbart, would join the campaign as its chief executive officer.
