Denver Broncos star Von Miller said he had a plan to help his troubled friend Johnny Manziel, but ultimately it fell apart.

Miller was the subject of a lengthy ESPN profile, and he briefly touched on his relationship with his fellow Texas A&M Aggie Manziel. (RELATED: Meet The Playboy Model Johnny Manziel Is Vacationing With In Mexico [PHOTOS])

“This year, I felt like I was in a place where I could shed some positive light on him. I have a blueprint, it worked for me,” the star linebacker told ESPN.

According to ESPN, the plan included living with Manziel, working out twice a day and a personal chef to cook their meals. However, the plan ended when it became public knowledge the two might be living together. (RELATED: Johnny Manziels Father: My Son Is A Druggie)

Miller doesn’t seem too concerned about Manziel never playing football again. “Fuck football. If you don’t want to play football, don’t play football. It’s not that big of a deal,” he added in the ESPN interview.

Manziel remains unsigned since being cut by the Cleveland Browns.
