Comedians Want Everyone To ‘Unfollow Trump’ This Weekend

Comedians and their fans have joined together calling on everyone to join the “Big Unfollow” of Donald Trump movement.

The hashtag that has been aptly labeled, #UnfollowTrump, takes place this Saturday, October 1st. Supporters of the movement said the idea is to cut into the Republican presidential nominee’s follower numbers. (RELATED: Sarah Silverman: Trump Is Running Because Obama Made Fun Of Him)

“How about a big #unfollowtrump action day,” Tim Heidecker tweeted. “Oct. 1st. We work towards dropping his numbers in half?”

 

“It may be folly but please unfollow,” John Levenstein tweeted.

Rosie O’Donnell is one comedian who will never follow Trump, even after Twitter’s algorithm suggested otherwise. The comedian responded, “Ummmm-wrong.”
