This summer, author J.K. Rowling went back to doing the thing that made her rich and famous – writing Harry Potter books. The newest addition to the franchise, “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” came out on July 31. Written as a script for a play, “Cursed Child” follows your favorite witches and wizards 19 years after the end of “Deathly Hallows.” To date, the play has only been performed in London. However, it was just announced that the creators of the play are in negotiations to bring it to Broadway.

For those who miss Harry, Ron, Hermione and all the rest, “Cursed Child” is a great way to get reacquainted. Along with the new movie “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” there are many opportunities to get a new generation into the happenings of Hogwarts and its surroundings.
