Tonight’s the night, America. At 9 PM on all the networks, Barack Obama will speak publicly as President of the United States for the second- or third-last time. Then he’ll leave office, and he’ll never ever ever shut up as an ex-President of the United States. That makes tonight a historic occasion, and everybody’s wondering what he’s going to say. How will he wrap up the past eight wonderful years?
