The Hill‘s Campaign Editor Will Sommer should check his smugness card. In other words, he may want to consult his own pub before cracking on The Daily Caller for its coverage of the drama surrounding Gen. Mike Flynn, who resigned as President Trump‘s National Security Adviser Monday.

Not even a half hour passed after Sommer tweeted an obnoxious remark referring to The Daily Caller‘s White House reporter Kaitlan Collins questions at a Monday presser when The Hill felt compelled to feature a Daily Caller exclusive interview with Flynn.

In a word: IDIOT.

Sommer’s tweet rolls in at 4:09 p.m.

A mere 22 minutes later, The Hill then features The Daily Caller News Foundation‘s scoop at 4:31 p.m.

Memo to Will Sommer: Please call your office.
