Washington State football coach Mike Leach didn’t mince words when discussing the popular Halloween treat, candy corn.
“I think it’s just awful. I think candy corn is awful. You know, it’s like fruit cake. There’s a reason they only serve fruit cake once a year because it’s awful. … There’s a reason they only serve candy corn once a year because it’s awful. Now, that does beg the question why they serve it at all, but anyways, that’s my opinion,” Leach told the media.

You can tell that whenever Leach is asked a question, he instantly wants to launch into a long explanation. I’ve said it many times before, and I’ll say it again. Leach is literally a gift from God to the world of college football.
Every time he opens his mouth something amazing comes out. I’m still desperately waiting for somebody to get his opinion on the JFK assassination conspiracy theories. The world needs those opinions like we all need to breathe.
