This was a long time coming. Tennessee has been routinely embarrassed this season by just about everybody, most notably Alabama and Georgia. The Volunteers were outscored in those two games a combined 86-7.
You can’t get blown out by conference opponents on a regular basis and expect that you’re going to keep your job. Now we can all officially embrace the “Jon Gruden to Tennessee” rumors. It’s “Grumors” season, and things are about to get very entertaining.
