Talk show host, media mogul, and self made billionaire Oprah Winfrey has no interest in running for President in 2020.

That’s at least according to her most recent interview with InStyle Magazine, where she told her interviewer that she knows her limits – and a campaign would exceed them.

“I’ve always felt very secure and confident with myself in knowing what I could do and what I could not,” Oprah said. “And so it’s not something that interests me. I don’t have the DNA for it.”

It’s not for a lack of her friends’ trying, though. Her close friend and editor of Oprah Magazine Gayle King has routinely urged her to run.

“Gayle – who knows me as well as I know myself practically – has been calling me regularly and texting me things, like a woman in the airport saying, ‘When’s Oprah going to run?’ So Gayle sends me these things, and then she’ll go, ‘I know, I know, I know! It wouldn’t be good for you—it would be good for everyone else.'”

Rumors about a potential Oprah 2020 run began to swirl after Winfrey made a rousing speech at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards. “I want all the girls watching to know a new day is on the horizon,” she said to a cheering crowd almost entirely clothed in black to protest sexual harassment.

So even though Oprah’s answer on a presidential run is a no for now, we’ve heard something along those lines before.

Good luck to all the 2020 hopefuls out there with no great brain but a great smile.
