Tom Cruise revealed the official title for “Mission Impossible: 6” along with giving fans their first look at what to expect when it comes out, according to Entertainment Weekly.

In the shot posted on the 55-year-old actor’s Instagram account Thursday, he unveiled the title of the sixth movie in the fast-paced Ethan Hunt action franchise with a picture of the production’s clapboard that read, “Summer 18 Mission Impossible: Fallout.”

He captioned the shot, “Get ready. #MissionImpossible.” (RELATED: Tom Cruise Apparently Hurt During Filming Of ‘M:I-6’ In London [VIDEO])

Director Christopher McQuarrie told Empire the title has multiple meanings.

“The title has multiple meanings in the film, from the literal to the figurative,” McQuarrie shared Thurday. “There is the threat of nuclear terrorism hanging over the movie, which is the literal threat. There’s the notion that what’s happened in the movie is the end result of choices that Ethan Hunt has made in his life. It’s Ethan’s past come back to haunt him. It’s the fallout of all his good intentions.”

The first post was followed up by a shot from the upcoming movie showing Cruise hanging on to the outside of a helicopter in the air.

The caption next to the great shot read, “We’ve upped the ante for the sixth #MissionImpossible. I can’t wait for you guys to see more.”

“The Mummy” star injured his ankle during the filming of the movie in London in August as he was attempting to do a long jump from one building to another. Production was temporarily put on hold, but it is reportedly still on track to make its previous release date this summer.

“Mission Impossible: Fallout” hits theaters July 27.
