T-Mobile nearly had Anthony Scaramucci for a Super Bowl commercial, but the offer was pulled off of the table at the last minute.

TMZ reported the following:

Sources familiar with the deal tell us the behemoth mobile carrier contacted Scaramucci’s reps a few weeks ago and offered in the mid-6 figures for a surprise ad during the game. We’re told the premise was Scaramucci at a podium fielding questions about T-Mobile, and whenever someone had their information wrong he’d scream, “Fake news!!!”

The offer was eventually taken away, and people close to the situation told TMZ it was due to Scaramucci’s politics.

This sucks for all the people out here. A Scaramucci Super Bowl commercial would have been epic. The guy is a content and entertainment machine. He’s one of the best in the business when it comes to controlling the media cycle, like how he referred to Steve Bannon trying to suck his own “c**k.” That’s how you get the media fired up.

The guy is nonstop entertainment. Now, we have been robbed of a potentially epic Super Bowl spot. Also, how can you pull the guy’s offer over his politics? Was T-Mobile not aware of the fact he worked in the Trump administration? Did they think he just fell out of thin air? So dumb. Give the people what they want and we all want the Mooch.
