Willie Nelson has canceled all his tour dates in February after scrapping shows in January due to breathing issues, according to Rolling Stone.

The legendary 84-year-old country singer’s publicist told the outlet that the songwriter needed “a few extra weeks to recover completely” from the flu. However, he is reportedly doing better and is looking “healthy as ever,” but is under doctor’s orders to save his voice. The shows that have been canceled in February include dates in Georgia, Mississippi and a handful in Florida.

Last month, Nelson stopped a concert in San Diego after singing only one song, “Whiskey River,” and left the stage coughing due to some kind of breathing problem, concertgoers told the San Diego Union-Tribune.

The singer’s publicist told the outlet at the time that Nelson was suffering from “a bad cold or the flu” and was headed back to Texas to recover at his home.
